I am Ahmed Emam, a Founder & Staff Software Development Engineer, entrepreneur, and community builder with over 7+ years of experience building scalable platforms, leading engineering teams, and shipping products end-to-end across AI, mobile, and cloud. Founded MasteryHub ITS as a technology company focused on building products, empowering young engineers, and creating real opportunities in the tech ecosystem. My role covers product direction, engineering leadership, team building, company structure, and long-term vision.

  • Led two complete internship cycles in one year (January 2025 and June 2025)
  • Reached 2000+ students and fresh graduates across multiple roles (Software Engineering, Mobile, UI/UX, HR, Marketing, Finance)
  • Trained 15+ interns directly through hands-on work, mentorship, and real product contributions

Advancing global consumer health, safety, and nutrition through scientific modelling across the global food, cosmetics, and agriculture markets.

  • Delivered advanced Data Analytics & Visualization dashboards for major global clients including WSRO, REJV (CARES NG DB), RIFM, Apple, and PepsiCo at Creme Global, supporting global market decision-making and regulatory insights

  • Cloudypedia specializes in modernizing infrastructure and transforming how teams collaborate and manage digital services
  • HEAM Project for Lean Business Service: Built and maintained a CMS application that allows customers to consume APIs, track usage, and manage their own API consumption across different services

  • A startup building a one-stop platform for medical insurance services for companies and individuals
  • Data-Population Project: Developed a web application enabling business agents to manage and process medical insurance data for 50,000+ users

CIB Egypt – Board Member Meeting Application:

  • Built a secure platform enabling CIB board members to manage meetings efficiently
  • Built the web application version using Angular, TypeScript, NgRx
  • Contributed to building the CI/CD pipeline and setting up development and production environments using Nginx Reverse Proxy, AWS CodeCommit, AWS Lambda Functions, Jenkins
  • Developed and maintained the mobile application version using Angular, IONIC Framework, TypeScript, NgRx

Orange France – House of Partnership Platform:

  • A global internal application for recording and managing all Orange partnerships across international branches
  • Worked as a core developer, delivering two project phases out of three while collaborating closely with an international team
